Dayna has worked with a variety of health conditions through her experience as ambulatory care dietitian at Health Sciences Centre serving both adults and children. She brings this wealth of experience to her private practice, specializing in celiac disease, food allergies/intolerances, other gastrointestinal conditions, hypertension, heart health, pediatric nutrition (including autism, failure to thrive, childhood picky eaters) and much more.

Dayna serves as Nutrition Advisor for the Manitoba Chapter of the Canadian Celiac Association and is a member of the Professional Advisory Council of the Canadian Celiac Association.
Professional Memberships
Dayna completed her undergraduate degree in Human Ecology (Foods and Nutrition) at the University of Manitoba, graduating with distinction. She completed her dietetic internship at Health Sciences Centre Winnipeg and was awarded the Dietetic Internship Proficiency Award. She is a member of Dietitians of Canada (www.dietitians.ca) and is registered with the College of Dietitians of Manitoba.

Nutrition counselling provided by a registered dietitian is covered by many health benefit plans. A physician referral may be needed to receive reimbursement. Some plans allow direct billing. I will provide a receipt so you can process your reimbursement if your plan does not allow direct billing.
